Credit system in Pobo Page Builder
In Pobo Page Builder, we use a credit system for AI-powered features such as translations, text generation, or image creation. You can easily top up credits and use them as needed for individual features.
Each feature and service shows how many credits will be deducted.
This system allows us to fairly manage the use of these tools, as we use third-party services for processing, which are charged based on the volume of generated content (e.g., by character count or number of requests).
Credits can be purchased in Czech crowns or euros via a payment gateway and are automatically credited within seconds to minutes.

If you use one of the Pobo Page Builder plans, you are entitled to free credits according to the current price list. These credits are automatically added to your account every month.
With the credit system, you always have an overview of costs and only pay for actually used generation.

Frequently asked questions about credits
Can I try generation for free?
Each generation is charged. However, within plans you receive free credits that you can use to try it out.
How many credits does generating one product (text + images) cost?
Text generation costs 5 credits regardless of length. Each AI-generated image costs 2 credits. Example: text + 4 images = 5 + 8 = 13 credits.
How much does translating one product into one language cost?
Translation always costs 3 credits per language. When translating into multiple languages, credits multiply (e.g., 4 languages = 12 credits).
Is the price based on character count or fixed?
The price is fixed and does not depend on the number of characters.
Do I get free credits with my plan?
Yes, with selected plans you receive free credits every month according to the current price list.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Further generation will not be possible until you top up your credits again.
How long are credits valid?
Unless stated otherwise, credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited.
How quickly are credits credited after payment?
In most cases immediately, within a few minutes at most.
Are credits refundable or transferable between accounts?
No, credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and tied to a specific account.
What can credits be used for?
Credits can be used for text generation, translations, image creation, and other third-party services.
Can the price or credit consumption change over time?
Yes, the provider reserves the right to adjust credit prices, consumption, and feature scope according to current costs and service development.
