Find out which elements are often missing on your product page, why customers leave because of them, and what you should double-check.

1) FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Often overlooked but very useful section. You can address frequent customer inquiries, helping the customer and often sparing your support team extra work as well.
It can also help with search visibility, as Google often displays it in results as a rich snippet, potentially increasing your page's visibility. In Pobo Page Builder, you can use it as a widget, and FAQs can also be generated in bulk with AI.
2) Expert Opinion
One of the things that can significantly increase trust. A short recommendation or statement from an expert, ideally from the store owner, appears more personal and at the same time more professional.
It effectively has a dual effect; you can convey your view on the product while also strengthening the credibility of the entire e-shop.
3) Store Information
For a similar reason, it’s great to have a photo and information about your physical store on product pages (if you have one). In Pobo, you just need to add a shared description across products.
4) Reviews
For many people, reviews are more important than the product description itself. If you have the opportunity, show specific customer experiences, ideally complemented with photos or real usage of the product.
5) Product Benefits
Clearly and concisely described benefits help the customer quickly understand why they should choose the product. People often just scan text on pages, so short points work much better than long paragraphs. We recommend placing this section in the first half of the product description so that customers quickly find it.
6) Links to Additional Content
Links to related articles, guides, or inspiration help the customer get more information and make better decisions. They also extend the time spent on the website and boost SEO. For instance, if you sell pools, it makes sense to link to an article on how to choose the right pool.
7) Practical Information
Customers often compare the same product in various different e-shops, so the deciding factor is often not the product itself but the things around the purchase: shipping, returns, availability, or delivery time.
If they don't find this information on the page, they might go elsewhere. Be sure to have these details clearly and comprehensively listed right at the product.
