Connect Nody in six steps

Keep the Nody admin and the Pobo app open side by side. You will copy three codes from Pobo to Nody.

It is easier to set up on a computer, where you have both windows next to each other.

    Create an account in Pobo

    Open client.pobo.space and click Create account. Fill in the form:

    1. Your e-mail and password
    2. The address of your e-shop
    3. I will connect through the REST API as the platform

    After you send the form, Pobo logs you in straight away.

    Copy the API key and the asset code

    In Pobo open Integrations and then REST API:

    1. Click Regenerate to create the key
    2. Copy the key with Copy and keep it
    3. Copy the asset code under Assets for external domains

    The asset code loads the look of the widgets on your e-shop.

    Copy the webhook key

    In Pobo open Integrations and then Webhooks. Under Webhook API key:

    1. Click Regenerate to create the key
    2. Copy the key with Copy and keep it

    Paste the codes into Nody

    In the Nody admin open Connection and then Pobo:

    1. Switch on Active
    2. Paste the API key into API key
    3. Paste the asset code into Assets code
    4. Paste the webhook key into Webhook secret key

    Create three webhooks in Pobo

    In Pobo open Integrations and then Webhooks and click Create webhook. Create one for products, one for categories and one for blog articles:

    1. Name it, for example Products
    2. Choose Products Updated, Categories Updated or Blogs Updated as the event type
    3. Paste the address from the matching tab in Nody
    4. Click Send form

    Send products to Pobo

    In the Nody admin open the Categories, Products or Blog articles tab and:

    1. Mark the records you want to edit in Pobo
    2. Send them with the bulk action

    An orange date means the record waits in the queue, a green one means Nody sent it.

    Something did not arrive?
    • Active is switched on in Nody
    • All three codes from Pobo are pasted whole
    • Each webhook has the address from the matching tab in Nody

The products you sent appear in Pobo. Open one and build its description from widgets. When you save it, Pobo sends it back to Nody through the webhook.

How do I change the look of product descriptions in Nody?

In Pobo you build the description from widgets and set colours, fonts and spacing in Live Designer. Then it goes back to Nody. You do not write any HTML or CSS.

Do I need a developer?

No. The connection to Pobo is part of the Nody admin. You copy three codes and create three webhooks following the guide on this page.

How do I know a description is back in Nody?

Pobo returns it through the webhooks. In the Nody admin the Downloaded column shows the date of the last update.

How much does Pobo cost?
