What does Page indexing mean?
Page indexing is the process in which a search engine processes a discovered web page and adds information about it to its index, the database used to display search results. Simply finding a page does not mean it will automatically be indexed. The search engine first crawls the page, analyzes its content, structure, links and other signals and then decides whether to include it in the index. Indexing can be affected by technical errors, duplicates, noindex settings, robot blocking or low content quality. Correct indexing is important for SEO, because a non-indexed page normally cannot appear in organic search results.
