What does Demo call mean?

A demo call is an online or phone meeting in which a company presents its product, service or software to a prospect in practice. It is most often used for B2B and SaaS tools, where customers need to see features, the environment and specific practical uses before buying. A demo call is not just a general presentation. It should respond to the prospect's needs, show how their problem can be solved and leave room for questions.

For an e-shop, a demo call can be useful when choosing a new system, add-on or tool for marketing and content. For Pobo Page Builder, a demo call can serve to show an e-shop how to work with the editor, create widgets, manage content and use it on its own product pages.
