What does CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) mean?

CLV stands for Customer Lifetime Value, the value of a customer over the entire time they buy from a company. It shows how much money a customer can bring an e-shop not only with the first order but also with future purchases. The calculation usually reflects the average order value, purchase frequency and how long the customer stays with the brand. CLV helps an e-shop better understand how much it is worth investing in acquiring a customer, caring for them or bringing them back. A higher CLV often means that customers buy repeatedly and have a stronger relationship with the brand. In Pobo Page Builder, this can be related to high-quality product page content that makes choosing easier for customers and builds trust in the e-shop.
