What does Bounce rate mean?
Bounce rate is a metric that shows the share of visits in which a user lands on a page and leaves without any further interaction. In analytics, it helps you track whether a landing page caught the visitor's attention and led them to the next step, such as a click, scrolling or moving on to other content. On its own, however, it does not tell the whole story, because a higher bounce rate does not always indicate a problem. It also depends on the type of page and its purpose.
