How do I log in and download products from the e-shop?

Before we start creating product descriptions, it is necessary to log in and download the products and categories from the e-shop into Pobo Page Builder.

Have you downloaded the add-on and looking for where to go next?

During the installation of the add-on, we only get the data you have listed in your e-shop contact details from Shoptet.

The email address registered with us may therefore differ from the email address you use when logging in to Shoptet.

4. You will receive a password change link to this email where you can set your own password

Download products from Shoptet to Pobo Page Builder

The first thing you need to do is log into Pobo Page Builder, once you log into the app you will see buttons in the top bar to import and update products. To download products from the store, click on the first button "Update Products".

How do I run updates and download changes?

After clicking on the button, click on the green button "Download products and changes from your e-shop" in the modal window.

Pobo Page Builder executes the following operations:

  1. Imports newly added products and categories in your e-shop into the administration.
  2. Updates URLs and thumbnail images of products and categories
  3. Deletes products and categories in the administration that are deleted in the e-shop

How much time do we need to complete the update?

Importing products usually takes no more than 2 minutes. In cases where the e-shop contains tens of thousands of products, the time may increase to 10 minutes.

The progress of the update and completion times can be tracked in real time in the table listed in the modal window.

Can I edit the labels if the update is still in progress?

Yes, you can close the modal window and edit the product descriptions if the products are still being updated.

Can I export the labels if the update is still in progress?

It is not recommended to export labels if the update is still in progress. This is because Pobo Page Builder may try to upload a product description that no longer exists and the update will delete it (because it no longer exists in your store).
