How to cancel the Pobo Page Builder service

We understand that business involves many changes, so using our add-on may not always be the best option for you. Simply uninstalling the add-on in your online store administration is not enough. To completely stop further billing, you must also cancel the subscription directly in your Pobo Page Builder account.

Subscription billing

Once your plan has been successfully paid for, we will send an invoice to the administrator's email address listed in your Pobo Page Builder account.

Invoices are also sent automatically in subsequent billing periods, for example every month, depending on the selected subscription option.

How do you cancel the paid Profi plan or a higher plan?

You can cancel your subscription directly in your Pobo account:

1. Log in to Pobo Page Builder.
2. Open the Plans and pricing section.
3. Click the Cancel subscription button.
4. Confirm the subscription cancellation.

Once confirmed, the subscription will be canceled automatically. The plan will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then, you can continue using all paid features without restrictions.

At the end of the paid period, your account will automatically switch back to the Start plan. If you later decide to upgrade to a higher paid plan again, you can do so at any time.

If you encounter any problems while canceling, contact us using the support form. We will review the payment and subscription and cancel them manually if necessary.

What happens if a payment fails?

If there are insufficient funds on the payment card or in the account and Stripe is unable to process the payment, your account will switch to the Start plan after the failed payment.

Content created in Pobo Page Builder will not be affected in any way. Product descriptions, articles, categories, and their appearance will continue to be displayed unchanged in your online store.

Only your ability to edit pages and work in the Pobo Page Builder editor will be restricted. Access to paid features will be restored once the payment has been made or the paid plan has been reactivated.

Canceling the Start plan

The Start plan must be canceled separately by uninstalling the add-on in the Shoptet administration. You can find instructions in the related help section below.

This procedure applies to the Profi plan and all higher paid plans.

The request must be sent from the authorized contact email address listed in your Pobo Page Builder account.

Enter the following in the subject line:

Pobo Page Builder plan change / cancellation – www.vasedomena.cz

Information required to process the request

To ensure that your request is processed quickly and securely, include the following information in the email:

• company name,
• company registration number,
• authorized contact email address,
• online store or domain URL,
• phone number,
• the requested plan change or a request to cancel it,
• the reason for changing or canceling the plan,
• the bank account number for any potential refund.

Any refund can only be made to a bank account held by the same legal entity that holds the Pobo Page Builder account and paid plan.

If the request does not include all the required information, processing may take longer or it may not be possible to process the request in full.

Minimum period of use for a paid plan

As of June 1, 2026, the terms and conditions specify a minimum active usage period of three months for a paid plan.

During the first three months after activating a paid plan, you are not entitled to a refund of any payment already made or any proportional part thereof.

Once the request has been processed, we will send confirmation of the plan change or cancellation to your authorized contact email address.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

1. In Shoptet, go to Connections and then to the Add-on Manager. section
2. Click the Uninstall button next to Pobo Page Builder: If you have an annual payment, contact Shoptet support to request a credit note for the unused period. You can do this by email, phone, or chat directly on the Shoptet website.
3. State the reason for cancellation: Although this is not mandatory, it is helpful to state why you wish to cancel the plan. This feedback helps us continuously improve the service.

If you leave or change platforms, Shoptet allows you to export all materials needed to transfer descriptions or articles.

We send the HTML structure to Shoptet, so you only need to export it.
