New in Live Designer

We have made new improvements to Live Designer in the last few weeks. Some of them are in response to your feedback and the goal was to make working with appearance edits even easier and clearer. See what's new:

Working more reliably with colours

We've improved the way the color picker works. Now color changes are applied smoothly and without unexpected overwriting, you can focus on fine-tuning your look without extra steps.

Undo/Redo

You can now undo and reapply changes you have made. With this feature, you can easily try multiple variations and experiment without worrying about losing previous work.

Reset styles for a specific widget

We've added two new options to quickly remove style adjustments:

Reset global customizations for this widget
Reset individual customizations for this widget

This way, you don't have to manually delete CSS or edit the entire block with just a few clicks and you can start over where you need to.

Clearer interface

We've added new icons and visual section resolutions to the app, making it easier to navigate through the settings and generally make working in Live Designer more enjoyable.

Improved responsive view

You can now easily switch widgets in the mobile and tablet preview and adjust their styles according to your device. The feature is currently in beta and may be slightly affected by technical limitations (e.g. iframe display), but it already greatly improves the idea of how your content will look on different displays.
