How to generate content using AI

Pobo's AI generator will help you quickly create product content from the information available in your e-shop. Simply select a product, review the uploaded data, set the template, content scope, and any additional features. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to set up and run the entire process step by step.

1. Open the AI Generator

In the product overview, find the product for which you want to create content using AI.

Click the Generate AI button. This will open the generation settings for the selected product.

2. Review the imported information

Click on the Imported Product Information section.

You will see the data taken from the e-shop, which the AI will use to generate content.

3. View product data

After expanding the section, you will see the information that was uploaded to the product from the e-shop.

Check the product name, short description, parameters and original description, as the AI will use this data to prepare the content.

4. Content Layout and Template

Click on the Content Layout and Template section.

Here you select the layout and template according to which the content will be generated using AI.

View the available template previews and choose the one that suits you best.

The template you choose will determine how the resulting content on the product page will be laid out.

6. Choose a template type

At the top, choose whether you want to use Basic Templates or Advanced Templates (SAAS plan). Then, select a specific template for the generated content from the menu.

Advanced templates offer more layout options for the generated content.

7. Switch to Advanced Templates (SAAS plan)

Click Advanced Templates to see more content layout options.

These templates are useful if you want to create a more sophisticated product page.

8. View available advanced templates (SAAS plan)

After opening the menu, you will see an overview of the available templates.

Select the template that best matches the type of product and resembles the content you want to create.

9. Set Content Options

Click on the Content Options section.

Here you can set the text length and other parameters that will affect the scope of the generated content

10. Set the text length

Use the Maximum number of characters slider to set how long the generated texts should be.

Shorter text is suitable for a brief description, longer text is used for products that need a more detailed explanation.

11. Decide whether you want to replace the original content

If you want to remove widgets that have already been created before generating, check the Delete widgets that have already been created option.

Use this option only if you want to replace the existing content with new content.

12. Open prompt, image and SEO settings

Click on the Prompt, image generation and SEO settings section.

Here you will set the prompt for content generation, any image generation and SEO parameters of the product.

13. Select a prompt for content generation

In the Select a prompt to use for generation enhancements section, select the prompt that the AI should use to generate content.

The prompt determines the style and rules that will be used to generate the resulting text.

14. Set a short description

In the Generate short descriptions section, select whether you want to generate a short description.

Use this option if you want to prepare a short text for the product, for example for a product listing.

15. Select a prompt to generate images

In the Select a prompt to generate images section, choose what you want the AI to use to generate any images.

You can select a pre-made prompt or create your own.

16. Turn on SEO optimization

In the Meta Settings section, you can check the Optimize for SEO option.

The AI will then prepare a meta title and meta description that will help better describe the product in search.

17. Improve the product name

By checking the Improve product name option, AI can edit the name to make it more understandable and attractive to customers.

Use this option if you want to improve the product name itself in addition to the description.

18. Generate missing images with AI

If you want to add images to your product, check the Generate images with AI if missing option.

The AI will then create images where custom product photos are not available.

19. Set caption translations

Click on the Caption translations section.

Here you can set whether the generated content should be automatically translated into other languages.

20. Select languages for translation

After expanding the Caption Translations section, select the languages you want to translate your content into.

Simply check the desired options, such as English, German, or Slovak.

21. Start generating content

Once you’re done setting up, click the Create Bulk Labels via AI button.

The AI will start generating content for the selected product or products based on the parameters you selected.
