How to pre-prepare an article using AI on an e-shop

From a prompt to a finished article draft

In the first step, you tell the AI assistant what the article should be about. It can be just a simple topic, or a more specific prompt according to which the AI should pre-prepare the article.

Before generating the article, you can set:

• the article length,
• the number of photos in the article,
• the widget structure, that is, whether the AI should design the layout itself or whether you will use your own template,
• the tone of voice,
• an inspiration URL that the AI can use as a source when creating the article,
• whether the new content should be inserted into an already prepared page or replace the existing content.

Custom templates for a consistent style

If you want your articles to match your style and have a consistent appearance, you can use a custom template when generating them. In the settings, simply check the Widget structure option „Use my template“ and select the one you want to use. This allows you to define how the content should be laid out and which sections the article should contain. The AI will then prepare a draft that fits better into your e-shop.

Fine-tune the content with simple instructions

After the article has been generated, you can further edit the content using the AI assistant, which is located in the bottom-right corner of the editor. 

Simply enter a simple instruction. For example, you can shorten the text, adjust the tone of voice, or regenerate an image in a specific widget. If the edit requires credits, the AI will notify you in advance and ask for your consent.

You have the final say!

The important thing is that AI only helps you pre-prepare the article, while the final review always remains up to you. After the article has been generated, you can continue editing the content using simple instructions in a conversation with the AI assistant. The AI will make the change, and you decide whether the result is ready for publication.
