To provide effective support to customers and assist them with their queries and problems.

Collaborating to create useful guides for our clients

That includes creating tips, articles and videos to make it easier for our customers to use our products.

Testing and collaboration with IT development

Participating in feedbacks and collaborating in the creation of the tool.

Survey design and data analysis

Contributing to the marketing team's research and statistics for future development.

Who's looking forward to seeing you?

We started writing Pobo Page Builder towards the end of 2019 with the goal of making it easier for e-tailers to write content.

We didn't want to go the conventional WYSIWYG editor route, so we created a simple editor that allows you to create content using predefined widgets that the e-shopper can style via Pobo Designer without knowing a line of code.

In the tool we have connected external systems such as AI, DeepL translations or analytics, working to make the tool sustainable and scalable.
