Hello Veronika, thank you very much for taking the time for our short interview. Could you please start by introducing yourself and your company?
Hello, thank you. I represent MAWS, which most of our customers know as Vysokepostele.cz.
MAWS is a family-owned company that has been making handmade upholstered beds for more than 30 years in a small village near Prostejov. It was founded by my father whose dream was to make surfboards. For me personally, the company is a daily reminder that dreams do come true, even if sometimes in a different form than we originally wished. And we try to pass this mission on to our customers. Because every bed is made for the customer, not for stock. That's why I also tell our customers to choose a bed that will inspire and motivate you.
How did you hear about Pobo and how long have you been using the supplement?
We found out about Pobo thanks to a company that customized our e-shop. She recommended Pobo to us because of our requirements - to be variable in descriptions - adding photos - videos. And at this time it will be a year since we have been using Pobo
Can you describe your experience with creating content for your e-shop before the Pobo page builder? For example, did you use the services of an agency?
We kept the descriptions very simple, a few pictures and text at most. We don't use agencies for captions because although it may be a more complicated way to go, we believe that we have to write the captions ourselves. Because we know our products best and we can advise our customers best through the caption as well.
What features of Pobo make your job easier and how satisfied are you with the add-on so far?
Pobo has made my life the easiest with the ability to share captions, and the ability to add various widgets such as photos and videos.
How would you rate the overall ease and intuitiveness of the Pobo editor and how easy is it for you to use?
This add-on is very intuitive, of course it is necessary to click through it a few times at first and try some things out. And if something doesn't work you have great customer support. Because it hasn't happened to me yet that you didn't help me. And I believe that's the way it's going to be in the future. It's great that you communicate not only by email but also by phone.
Based on your experience, would you recommend Pobo to other e-tailers?
Yes. It's a good helper.
