How long have you been selling online?
We have been manufacturing and selling our cloth diapers for eleven years now, and in the last three years we have added cloth inserts to our portfolio. In that time we have changed several e-shop solutions. In January 2022 we switched to Shoptet Premium, and we hope that this solution will suit us for at least the next few years.
How many e-shops do you use our tool on?
On two e-shops, in total in 3 languages (Czech, German, English). www.bamboolik.cz is our e-shop for the Czech and Slovak market. www.bamboolik.eu is its copy for the countries of Western, but also Eastern and Southern Europe. In total we sell to 18 countries (mainly) in Europe.
Why did you decide to use Pobo Page Builder?
Before we switched to Shoptet Premium, we had some customized pages created by an external graphic design studio, and it was challenging for us to make any adjustments to them, both in terms of time and money. Therefore, we were looking for an e-commerce solution where we would be able to edit the pages ourselves on a regular basis as needed. Pobo Page Builder was brought to our attention by the Shoptet sales team, and Pobo's existence was actually one of the reasons we decided to switch to Shoptet Premium :-)
What does Pobo Page Builder help the Bamboolik team with the most?
We mainly use Pobo to edit the graphic pages in the footer of our website - e.g. for presenting our team members, for an overview of instructional videos or a signpost of informative articles. It's a great solution for us for responsiveness, e.g. for tables or pictorial tutorials included in the text. Is there a feature in Pobo that has made your job the easiest?
Most appreciated are the preset widgets in the "Blog Captions", and the ability to save finished widgets to your favorites and reuse them. We are still looking forward to exploring other Pobo functionalities that we haven't gotten to yet due to capacity reasons (mainly editing in product texts, working with translations and AI text suggestions).
Before Pobo Page Builder, how did you go about customizing the look and feel? Do you have your own coder or agency?
As I mentioned before, we had an external graphics agency, which was a complication for us whenever we needed to change something on the site. For example, we need to change the Our Team page quite often, as we are a predominantly female team and going on maternity leave is a company sport :-) Thanks to Pobo, we can easily edit our contact page whenever our team composition changes.
Would you recommend Pobo Page Builder to other e-shoppers?
Yes, they definitely recommended it. Working in Pobo is simple, intuitive and can be done even by team members who have no coding experience.
