How did you find out about Pobo Page Builder and how long have you been using it?
We use the comprehensive Shoptet platform to manage our e-shop ATgreen.cz. Shoptet is constantly expanding add-ons for its users, and we were looking for a comprehensive tool for better product descriptions, which Shoptet doesn't quite allow. Our product is quite unique on the Czech market and we needed to get creativity and uniqueness into the descriptions. We noticed a new add-on that caught our attention and had the opportunity to try it out. At first glance we knew that Pobo editor was the right choice for us. We've been using Pobo Page Builder for over a year and a half now, and we're still happy thanks to the constant feature improvements.
What was the reason you decided to use Pobo Page Builder?
Definitely due to its easy to use, quick upload of changes and large selection of widgets for labels. You don't need any great IT knowledge to use it and the tooltips look very professional.
How do you rate the user-friendliness of this tool?
You don't really need much IT knowledge to operate this tool. The loading of this add-on is very fast and as for the editor, it is clear and user-friendly, easy to use and thanks to this we save a lot of time. The editor allows us to be very creative.
How quickly were you able to get to grips with the tool and what helped you to do so?
The tool is really for anyone with at least basic computer skills. Its operation is very simple. When we didn't know what to do, we used the complete instructions for creating product and blog descriptions prepared by the developers of this add-on and then the descriptions were able to create themselves. Also, we can consult everything with support, which is always quick to help.
What do you see as the biggest benefits of Pobo editor?
Pobo saves us time and at the same time increases traffic to the e-shop. Instant manual update and loading of products from Shoptet, where all product changes are reflected immediately, no need to wait for several hours. The instant upload of the new label to the e-shop is perfect, this process takes only a few seconds and we have the label immediately on the e-shop.
What all editing do you use Pobo editor for?
We try to use Pobo to the maximum, the variety of widgets is great and every creative can find their own. We mostly use this editor for product descriptions and articles on our blog. Due to the expansion of our products abroad, we are also considering using the new foreign languages feature and functional descriptions on marketplaces like Mall, Alza, Favi, Comparators etc.
How much has the Pobo editor made your job easier and more efficient when creating content for your products or blog?
Time is money and creating nice descriptions was not so easy before and it took us a lot of time. Pobo page builder is a good solution for us. Thanks to the beautiful descriptions, our e-shop traffic has increased and our customers are also better able to navigate through the descriptions.
Do you have any practical tips for new users?
Aligning the labels with the look of your e-shop and for us definitely copying the labels, where this feature will save you a lot of time.
