When managing hundreds or thousands of products, administration can easily become cluttered. You may not immediately remember the product name for a search or the category where a particular product is listed. That's why you have LABELS, which allow you to easily and efficiently group products according to your needs.

Create a label

You create and manage labels directly in the main top menu - Labels menu.

Use the green Create Label button to open the menu where you define the name, color and description of the label.

You can also delete or edit labels in the same place.

You can also see how many products the label is currently used for.

Adding labels to products

How to Use Labels Effectively for Product Tagging and Filtering

You can assign labels to products directly in the Products section - in their list.

You can mark a product with a "check mark" on the right side of its listing.

Via the Tools option (at the top of the product list) select Change labels.

This will open a simple label management menu where you can remove or add labels from products.

  • Synchronize labels - check any number of labels on the left. The selected products are then assigned the selected labels and the other labels (if previously assigned) are removed.
  • Add labels - adds the selected labels, but leaves all labels added previously assigned.
  • Remove Labels - Removes the selected labels. Labels that you do not select in the selection will remain assigned on the products.

Confirm the action with the bottom green button.

Filtering with labels

You can now filter the list of products by selecting the selected label(s) in the bottom left menu (Labels section) to see the products that are marked with that label.
