How to cancel Pobo Page Builder

Are you migrating to another platform, closing your e-shop or have you decided not to use our add-on?

Below you will find everything you need to know about cancelling our service.

In case you are not yet fully decided to cancel the tariff

Do you want to cancel the PROFI or PREMIUM tariff?

  1. Uninstalling the add-on is not sufficient.
  2. Please send us a request to cancel your plan (Profi or Premium) from the email you use to log in to Pobo to info@pobo.cz.
    • Put " Termination of Pobo Page Builder - www.vašedomena.cz" in the subject line.
    • In the body of the message, indicate that you are requesting cancellation of the Profi / Premium plan and, if applicable, request a credit for the unused period.
    • We recommend that you include the reason for cancellation - it helps us to improve our service
  3. We will cancel your payment profile directly
  4. You still need to cancel the Start tariff yourself in the Shoptet administration (help below).

The START tariff must always be cancelled directly in the Shoptet administration

  1. In Shoptet, go to Connections and thento the Add-ons Manager section .
  2. If you have a payment for a year, contact Shoptet support to request a credit for the unused period. You can do this via email, phone or chat directly on the Shoptet website.
  3. Please provide a reason for cancellation: Although it's not mandatory, it's a good idea to provide a reason why you wish to cancel your plan. This feedback helps us to continuously improve the service.

Migrating to another platform?

In the event of a departure or change of platform, Shoptet allows you to export all documents in the context of transferring descriptions or articles.

We send theHTML structure to Shoptet, so you just need to export it.

We also provide a link to our GitHub upon request and assist with the migration to the best of our ability.

So it's up to your new e-commerce platform whether it allows migration of CSS styles.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my customizations remain functional after I uninstall Pobo Page Builder?


In case of uninstalling the add-on, our JavaScript and CSS styles will be removed from the e-shop, which will deactivate the appearance (styles) and images (due to disabled lazy-load).

By disconnecting Shoptet from Pobo Page Builder, we cannot ensure that the pages load properly! see terms of use.

This behavior is normal and other add-ons work the same way, as Pobo Page Builder only loads JavaScript and CSS styles when the add-on is installed.

How do I get images and photos uploaded to Pobo Page Builder?


If you would like to receive images from the e-shop, please email us at podpora@pobo.cz with"Pobo Page Builder Termination - www.vasedomena.cz" in the subject line.

We will then send you all your product photos in a ZIP archive and instructions on how to upload them to Shoptet FTP.

Next, you will need to export all of your products in Shoptet and replace the path to these images, we will also send you instructions in an email. After that the labels will look the same as with Pobo Page Builder installed.

If I reinstall the add-on, will I get my original settings back?


Yes, if you install the add-on within the next month, you will be fully restored back to your settings.

The original styles may no longer be restored when you install it later. In this case, we are as helpful as possible to help you restore the settings.
