How to prevent problems with exporting a label

1. Insert images only in widgets designed for this purpose

Widgets that work with images have a dedicated section for them, and the image is uploaded via the Select Photo button (or by clicking on the icon if you change the icon).

In some cases, photos can also be inserted into text fields via direct CTRL+V insertion. However, the formatting is not ready for this and the caption cannot then be exported to Shoptet.

2. Insert only clean text

Exporting labels via API has a maximum number of transferable characters. If you insert already formatted texts into Pobo (e.g. from CRM) that have HTML code in the background, you will often exceed this allowed number of characters and the caption cannot be exported. Therefore, you need to insert plain text into Pobo using the right-click: Insert unformatted text.

3. HTML widget - limitations

The number of characters inserted into the HTML widget counts towards the total number of characters in the label and is therefore limited. The HTML widget should only be used for smaller additional elements. If several pages of code are inserted, the label cannot be exported.
