What's in store for you?
- Communication and consultation with existing or potential customers. Especially via email or phone and online meetings.
- Actively working with our tool to provide effective support to customers and help them with their questions and problems.
- Collaborating to create useful guides for our clients. Which includes creating training, articles and videos to make it easier for our customers to use our products.
- Testing and working with IT development and external agencies.
- Participating in feedbacks and collaborating on tool creation.
- Creating survey research and evaluating data.
- Participating in marketing team research and statistics for future development.
