Pobo is an add-on for Shoptet that makes it easier for e-tailers to manage products and their descriptions. And right now, we're looking for a new hire to help us not only create quality content, but also build and revitalize client relationships.
What's in store for you?
- Editing product descriptions for e-tailers - You'll use AI in Pobo to create and edit descriptions, check results and fine-tune text style.
- Client reactivation - You'll reach out to those we've already worked with, reminding them to renew their collaboration while partially reaching out to new ones.
- Telephone and email communication - with clients and colleagues, sometimes it takes a bit of organisational talent.
- Client supervision - you'll keep an eye on what you've got, who's hanging on to what and that it's moving forward.
- Feedback on the product - helping to create something that has real impact, so your insights are valuable.
What do you need?
- Great written expression - you can write clearly, briskly and without mistakes.
- Organisational skills - you can prioritise and get things done.
- Basic e-commerce or content management experience an advantage.
- You're not afraid to pick up the phone and make an appointment.
- You have a desire to grow, learn new things and be part of a team that pulls together.
